No, it’s free. There are no costs associated with joining the program.

What are the eligibility criteria to join the mCaffeine Affiliate program?

The mCaffeine Affiliate program is open to all registered users on www.mcaffeine.com . Also, make sure you

How long does it take to have my profile approved?

Typically, it takes about a week for your profile to be reviewed and approved. Once approved, you'll receive a confirmation email.

Why wasn’t my profile approved?

There are a few possible reasons why your application might not have been approved.

  • Verification Issues: We may have been unable to verify the information you provided in your application.
  • Existing Account: You may already have an account associated with your information.

If you're unsure of the reason, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

Can I apply again if I was rejected once?

We are sorry :( We accept only one application per email
address. And rejected email addresses are not eligible to apply
again.

Will I get technical support as a mCaffeine Ambassador?

Once you're on board, you'll gain access to the mCaffeine Affiliate dashboard. This user-friendly platform will help you:

  • Manage your account: Easily oversee your affiliate profile and settings.
  • Monitor your performance: Track your earnings, sales, and other key metrics.
  • Create custom links: Generate unique product page links to share with your audience.

Promote mCaffeine: Share your affiliate links and codes across various channels like Facebook, Instagram, stories, reels, WhatsApp, YouTube descriptions, and Telegram.

What kind of discount can I offer to my audience on mCaffeine products?

As a mCaffeine Ambassador, you can offer your audience a 25% OFF discount using your affiliate code while making a purchase on www.mcaffeine.com.

Where can I see order details that are placed using my affiliate code/link?

You can see it on your mCaffeine Affiliate dashboard! Simply go to the analytics tab to track all the metrics related to all activities carried out using your affiliate code/links.

How is my commission calculated?

Your commission is calculated on the final order amount
placed (without shipping & tax) using your affiliate code/link.
Please note that the final commission payout will be after
deducting TDS.

Will I still get my commission if a customer returns or cancels the order?

The commission would be calculated on every successful or
completed order placed by your audience only. If a customer's
order is unsuccessful/returned/rejected/cancelled, the
commission earned for it would be cancelled.

I need to raise an invoice. What is your payment cycle?

Here's the process for our payment cycle:

• You need a minimum commission amount of *500 to raise the invoice.

• The invoice needs to be raised before the 2nd of every month for the commissions recorded in the previous month. Once you raise the invoice, process the in 30days.

The amount on my dashboard is not the same as my payout amount! What to do?

If there is an amount difference, it could be for the following reasons:

• The dashboard updates every 24-48 hours. Please wait for the stipulated time period before checking an order update.

• If there is still a discrepancy, it could be because cancelled or returned orders are not reflecting on the dashboard.

• Also, orders that have not yet been paid will show as pending until the payment is done

Are the reports updated in real-time on the dashboard?

It takes around 24 hours for the analytics to get updated.

Term & Conditions
The mCaffeine Ambassador Program

The mCaffeine Ambassador program is an affiliate program available to registered users on the mcaffeine.com platform.

MCAFFEINE AMBASSADOR
  • Partnership: Ambassadors collaborate with mCaffeine for specific events or periods outlined in this agreement. They are not mCaffeine employees.
  • Commission: Ambassadors earn a commission on net sales. Returns will be handled according to mCaffeine's policy.
  • Compliance: All marketing activities must adhere to applicable laws and regulations, including CST and tax laws.
  • Discount & Transparency: Ambassadors receive a unique code offering a 25% discount to their audience. Sales data associated with the UTM link and code will be accessible to Ambassadors for transparency.
  • Brand Guidelines: All communication with customers and followers regarding MCaffeine products and the brand must align with the guidelines provided by the company.
  • Business Solicitation: Ambassadors cannot solicit new business using the mCaffeine brand name or company name without prior written permission from mCaffeine.

Payment Withholding: mCaffeine reserves the right to withhold payments following the issuance of a termination notice. Withheld payments will be released only after any losses or liabilities incurred by mCaffeine due to the Ambassador's actions are resolved.

PAYMENT TERMS

The Company shall make the payment within 30 working days from the date of the invoice being generated by the mCaffeine Ambassador by way of Bank Transfer.

CONFIDENTIALITY (Non-Disclosure Agreement)

The mCaffeine Ambassador shall not disclose to any third party or use any Confidential Information of the other Party (the "Disclosing Party") in any manner whatsoever. All information exchanged of any nature whatsoever under this Agreement is confidential.

AMENDMENT

No change, amendment or modification of any provision of this Agreement shall be valid unless outlined in a written instrument signed by both the parties. This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement and supersedes any and all prior agreements, written or oral, of the parties concerning the transactions set forth herein.

TERMINATION

The Company shall have the right to terminate this Agreement in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of Agreement: For breach of any of the terms of this Agreement (express or implied), a notice period of 5 days would be given by the Company prior to such termination;
  • Prejudicial Acts: In cases where any act done by the MCaffeine Ambassador is prejudicial to the interest of the Company and/or its associates/affiliates and/or the content and/or is defamatory under the laws of India, the Company shall have the right to terminate this Agreement without notice.
  • Termination Obligations: In the event of termination of this Agreement, the MCaffeine Ambassador shall return all the Confidential Information to the Company and shall immediately cease to promote the products of the Company.
