You have a two-hour window from placing your order on our website or app to cancel it hassle-free. Once your order is ready to be dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible at our end; simply refuse to accept the parcel upon delivery as the order will not be returned once delivered.For prepaid orders successfully canceled from our end, a complete refund will be initiated. If the order is ready to be dispatched or already dispatched, the refund will be processed upon return. It typically takes 5- 7 business days for refunds to reflect in your payment account.
