“Great Product & Support, But Very Disappointing Delivery Experience”

I am very happy with the mCaffeine products. The products are really good, and I would also like to appreciate the mCaffeine team for listening to my complaint patiently and helping me properly until the issue was resolved.

However, I am extremely disappointed with the delivery service. I had been waiting for my parcel since last Friday. Every morning, I received a message saying that my parcel was out for delivery, but after 8 PM, I would receive a cancellation message stating that I was “not available” or asking whether I wanted to cancel the order. I never wanted to cancel my parcel.

This happened repeatedly, and despite contacting the delivery app through messages and emails several times, I did not receive proper help or a satisfactory resolution. The behaviour and handling of the delivery by the delivery partner were extremely disappointing.

Finally, after almost one week of waiting, I received my parcel today. I am thankful to mCaffeine for supporting me and resolving my complaint properly, but I strongly request mCaffeine to review its delivery partners and take appropriate action so that other customers do not have to face this kind of unnecessary delay and misleading cancellation updates.

Excellent product and excellent mCaffeine customer support, but a very poor delivery experience.
